Tom Valenzuela

Tom has 25 years as a general and specialized contractor working in various industries and specialties. The last 6 years Tom has specialized in building GMP certified processing facilities for food and nutritional supplement companies as well as running an engineering and fabrication team.

  • Prior to working in construction and development, Tom served for 10 years in the US Navy

  • 10 Years as Co-Founder and CEO of ProTech Construction, LLC

  • 14 Years as a General Contractor Consultant specializing in insurance claims and multi million-dollar property renovations

  • 7  Years as VP of Operations for Desert Lake Technologies

Richard Newman

Richard Newman has 30 years of experience in service, and sales, ranging from major loan & finance companies, & banking to managing sales & customer service teams in the Silicon valley/Bay area. A true people person, the goal is to always provide exceptional service while building long-term business relationships

Prior to working with Organico Powders/ ODT

  • 8 years experience in commercial, & residential property management San Francisco

  • 5 years in business banking with Citi financial in San Francisco

  • 5 years management in loan financing with LendingTree, & IndyMac Bank - (Bay Area)

  • 10 years in business development & management in communications, Analytics, & VOIP with Sprint/Nextel & RingCentral (South San Francisco)

 

William Landers

William Landers has a lifetime of experience in farming, agriculture and food technology. Ranging from Midwest corn and soybean farming to coffee and coffee fruit processing in the winter months. He has traveled to roughly 60 countries and has a global reach for business development. With an undergraduate dual degree in Business Marketing and Management from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. He traveled for graduate studies to the University of Melbourne in Australia for International Business. Sustainability is his passion to build vertical integration and a healthy eco-systems for farmers. He is a liaison for Convoy of Hope, a non-profit based in Springfield, Missouri that eradicates poverty both globally and domestic.
